BI308 - Skills for Bioscientists
Welcome to this blog - it's my first one, so please don't expect everything to be pitch-perfect. I want to see, if I can use this blog in my teaching, replacing the tiresome VLE with something more dynamic and exciting.
I have been asked to revamp the BI308 - Skills for Bioscientists module, which is a first year undergraduate module, taught in the School of Biosciences at the University of Kent in Canterbury.
The aim of this module really is to refresh some mathematical and chemical concepts, important for Bioscientists.
